So how I have gained a total of 160 pounds since last September 2018... However I came home last night and I can't get out of my chair my mobility chair that house we go places is too high for me to use to get out of the chair I literally am stuck... Anyone have any suggestions on accessibility equipment that could be picked up to make life easier? Or does anybody have any ideas on how to get out of a low sitting chair to get standing and sugar around my apartment and just passed away thank you
Any help is appreciated, Monday I am getting a recliner that moves up and down so it can help me to get up but I need things until then until it can actually make it to my house and it would be helpful so that I can actually get up and go to the bathroom and all that good stuff anyways any thoughts, be back, or any thoughts you may have to be greatly appreciated thank you please and thank you
